Our service
YASSIR Travel lets you search and book flights and hotel stays operated by third-party airlines and properties. When you complete a booking, your contract of carriage or accommodation is with that airline or hotel — YASSIR Travel acts as an intermediary licensed travel agency.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only once payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation with a booking reference. Displayed prices include taxes and our service fee unless stated otherwise. Some airlines and hotels charge optional extras (baggage, local city taxes, resort fees) collected directly by them.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change and refund rules depend on the fare or rate you selected — they are shown before you pay and again in your booking details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method once the airline or hotel confirms them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler details (names must match travel documents exactly) and for meeting the passport, visa and health requirements of your trip.
Fair use
Accounts used fraudulently or abusively — for example speculative bookings or payment fraud — may be suspended.
