Yes — all three. Search one-way or round-trip in one go, or build a multi-city trip leg by leg with up to several destinations. Prices always show the full amount for all travelers, taxes included.

On supported airlines, yes: during booking you'll see the real cabin seat map, with free and paid seats clearly marked. You can preview your total with seats included before you confirm anything. Seat selection isn't offered by every airline — if you don't see the map, that flight doesn't support it.

Every fare shows its included cabin and checked baggage allowance before you book — check the fare details, as allowances can differ between outbound and return flights. On supported airlines you can add extra checked bags during booking, and the price updates before you pay.

Yes. Save your loyalty programs on each traveler's profile and we'll attach the right one to every flight booking automatically, so you keep earning miles. You can also add or change a number for a specific booking at checkout.

You can pay online with your CIB or Edahabia bank card, entering your details on your bank's secure payment page. You can also pay instantly with your Yassir wallet when your balance covers the trip. All prices are shown in your local currency.

Yes. Card payments happen on your bank's own secure page — YASSIR Travel never sees or stores your card number. And if a booking can't be completed after you've paid, your money is refunded automatically.

Right after payment we confirm your booking with the airline or hotel, usually within a few minutes. Your booking reference (PNR), e-ticket numbers, and full trip details then appear in My Bookings. If the screen still shows "processing", no need to worry — your payment is safe and the confirmation is on its way.

You can request a cancellation from your booking at any time. Before you confirm, we show you the fare's cancellation conditions and what you'd get back — some fares are fully refundable, some carry an airline penalty, and some are non-refundable. Our team then processes the request with the airline and notifies you of the outcome.

Yes, directly from your booking — hotel cancellations are processed immediately. Many rates offer free cancellation until a deadline shown on the rate before you book and in your booking details; after that deadline the hotel's penalty applies, and non-refundable rates can't be refunded. You always see the exact refund amount before you confirm the cancellation.

Yes — from your booking you can request a change: new travel dates, a name correction, a cabin upgrade, or extra services like bags. Our team checks availability with the airline or hotel and sends you a quote with any price difference and fees; nothing changes until you accept it. Free changes are applied without any payment step.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Wallet refunds are usually quick; card refunds are processed within about 7 business days once approved, though your bank may take a little longer to show the amount.

For international flights, each traveler needs a passport that's valid on the travel dates — we ask for it at booking so your ticket matches your document exactly. For domestic flights and hotels, a valid ID is enough and no passport is needed at booking. Some destinations require extra passport validity (often 6 months) or a visa, so check your destination's entry rules before you fly.

The reservation is made in the name of the lead guest — the first traveler on your booking — who should present a valid ID or passport at the front desk. Your booking details include the hotel's confirmation number and check-in/check-out times; showing them from the app makes check-in effortless. You can book a stay for someone else: just make them the lead guest.

The price you see is what we charge: room plus taxes, in your local currency. Some hotels also charge local fees on site — like a tourism or resort fee — in the hotel's own currency; when they apply, we show them clearly before you book so there are no surprises at the desk.

Open the Help section in the app or on the web to browse answers or reach our support team. For anything about an existing trip, contact us from the booking itself so we have your details right away.
